「Me and my boyfriend had a pleasant stay! We came from Rhode Island to enjoy the spa! We Loved how close the spa was to the hotel. Hotel was very clean and smelled amazing! No noise, we slept like babies! Breakfast was okay! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and looking to come back again! Thank you for providing a good environment. Your cleaning staff does an amazing job. kudos to them!! 」

「Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia 」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」
