“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! ”

“Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Nahe an den Fähren nach Brooklyn, 9/11 Memorial und die Fähren Richtung Staten und Ellis Island sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn und viele Restaurants, Cafés und ein ordentlicher Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist für Manhattan sehr groß, super ausgestattet und hat ordentlich Stauraum. Das Bad ist groß, aber eher einfach. Einziges Manko: Einfachverglasung, wir waren aber zum Glück im 23. Stock, da bekommt man nicht mehr viel vom……

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
