The staff was great, the bed was comfortable, and the building was quiet and peaceful. The room did have a musty smell and the bottoms of the pool and hot tub needed a good cleaning, but the facility overall met our needs and the stay was fine.

The room was filthy. It could have used another go with a vacuum, but it was the stains on the shower curtain and at the bottom of the bedspread that got more attention. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the pool was freezing, and not only did I see a pile of dead bugs by the hot tub, but I also cleaned 7 dead bugs out of the indoor pool

What I liked about this property was close to work and dinning. The room looked and smelled okay. I found my room door had been pried open at one time. The side door to outside did not lock. The work out room was very sad. Very old equipment. Did not look safe. Breakfast was a 2 star. Parking lot was full of pot holes. Stayed for 4 day no house cleaning or offer to restock. No bug screen in the windows. My window did not lock.

Upon check in, I asked for an upgrade as the parking lot was empty. Desk clerk stated she couldn’t and wouldn’t do it for free. The pool bottom is breaking apart with lots of loose, sharp pieces of cement. Looks dirty or cement bottom needs to be cleaned.. I would not stay here again.

I liked that the facility was right off the freeway so it was easy to find. What I didn't like was the room was dirty, the bed linens were dirty, the toilet over flowed so the carpet by the bathroom was wet the whole time. The hotel charged my credit card 2 times for pet fees (I don't own any pets) and would not tell me what the charges were for until when I was checking out and the guy at the counter said what they were for, then said don't worry, it will drop off. It should have never been there in the first place. This is nit a hotel that I would ever visit again. If I could have found another hotel, I would not have stayed there at all.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had several rooms for a state track & field meet. The athletes room was right next door to coach and that was excellent to monitor behavior. The pool was a bit too cold. The hot tub was nice. Great place to stay and very close to the meet.

The desk staff were courteous however, the other staff, were unwelcoming to our well behaved dog. They allow dogs, but are not “dog friendly”. Our room was in need of several repairs. Shower curtain rod barely attached to the wall allowing water to leak on the floor, cracked toilet handle, broken hair dryer, hair in the shower, sticker from swimsuit bottom stuck to the vanity, We will not return.
