Great apartment, customer service could be better

The apartment is stunning, contained everything needed for a fabulous stay. Location was good, but you must be back in time for the magic carpets otherwise you have an insane walk up the hill to the apartment.Lastly, the cleaning situation was a bit problematic, apparently emptying bins is NOT included and will cost you 150 if not lugged down the hill yourself. Less than ideal.
