“This is a self service hotel. No staff on premises. The breakfast that claims to be included is yogurt in the fridge and some granola. They don’t restock the fridge therefore there was no water after our second day, the water fountain also never worked so we couldn’t refill the coffee machine. The internet also didn’t work. All in all I don’t know how this could be rated a four star property.”

“We had a cute and cozy room with everything we needed. Plenty of parking in their own driveways/lot. The property was perfect with a pool and big front porch to sit on with rocking chairs to sit in and take in the charm of Charleston.
