“I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. In my eyes it simply needed glued back on permanently. Three days after checkout I received a text message stating that I would be charged for drywall damage. I explained……

“The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot”
