"This rental is so nice. The kitchen was well equipped and it is a very spacious home! The back yard is very nice and has a basketball goal (so bring a ball of your kids like to play! The beds were very comfortable. Location was great for us! We had a party of 9 and had plenty room! We will definitely be back."

"Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault."

"In town for recent NCAA basketball weekend, four adults. Clean house with 4 bedrooms that's within 15 minutes of the airport and downtown Memphis. Owner promptly responded to messages through the app and let us check in a couple hours early despite turning the house over from the day before. Nothing flashy here, but reliable and easy worked just fine for us."

"My daughters and I just recently stayed at the property (feb. 2024). You are two blocks away from Beale Street. You are also very close to the FedEx forum as my daughters and I went to a Grizzlies game while there. It was very close, close enough that people going to the game parked on the street where the home was located. If you don't want the busyness of Beale you can always go for a more tranquil area right around the corner on Main St. that also has tram stops. Restaurants near there...

"The apartment has 4 floors and the rooms are spaced out so there is privacy. The roof top deck was great to hand out but unable to view the bridge/river. Convenient to Beale Street, Peabody and Orpheum. Met neighbors and they were very friendly. There was racing on Friday night outside of the apartment and it was very loud. Otherwise the apartment/area was very quiet. The only thing we didn't understand was that we could not control the temperature of the thermostat. We had to text the host to...

"Neat, clean home, felt safe. Perfect location if you would to walk and sight see Graceland and stores. Would stay again!"

"The property looked like the picture, the triple bunkbed is hard to get in and out if you are older women like my group. We had a couple of issues but those issues were immediately taken care of. Liked the space of the house. Also enjoyed the hot tub."
