1. Loud noise started 6am and continued thereafter.
2. Spoiled our night after a long flight
3. When reported at 7am, the manager in charge went to room to investigate and said it was kitchen. The noise did not stop.
4. When reported again at 8am, the new manager also confirmed the noise was unacceptable but took no action to stop it or rectify with us.
We do not find your customer service acceptable. We won’t be staying with you again.
