“Great location, balcony is excellent for wildlife spotting, we loved Three Rivers town. 45 minute drive to see the giant forest on a winding mountain road! Good WiFi, during our stay the weather was very hot, the sun hits the balcony at about 11:00am. Well stocked but buy your groceries at Visalia, definitely try the frozen yogurt in the town and Keweah coffee roasters and the town museum. The games are in the double garage, enjoyed ping pong and the old video games. ”

“Location was good. Towels sheets, beds were good. Surfaces were clean. Not worried about rodents or bugs but the floors were not clean. Deck and access could use a little maintenance but doable. Lots of little steps and uneven flooring. Not great for elderly. Little bar down the street is huge bonus.”
