“Being 30 minutes outside of Budapest with a pool was really great during a hot stretch. We enjoyed the peace of hanging out in the pool area in the evenings. Getting into Budapest is a breeze - a 5 minute ride to the S 80 train and then a 30 or so minute to Keleti station and you are there. Then you can choose your metro to head to wherever you want to go in the city - the 4 takes you right to the riverfront and the 2 takes you further north by several blocks. Found it very easy using……

“Spacious well equipped property with nice garden and wonderful lake views in a quiet road. Small supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Larger supermarkets a few minutes drive. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. (Just about walkable). Pool is small but heated. It was ideal for our group but with bedrooms on 3 different floors might not suit everyone. The owner was very helpful and very responsive to messages. ”

“Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig mit Privatstrand am Südufer des Balaton und bietet sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die 5 Schlafzimmer, die Küche mit dem Wohnessbereich und die 3 Bäder waren für uns 10 Erwachsene mit Hund ausreichend gross gestaltet. Der Außenbereich lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Von der großzügigen Terrasse über Grill einer Feuerstelle bis hin zum Jacuzzi ist alles vorhanden. Auf dem Wasser kann man sich mit dem vorhandenen Schlauchboot, Kajak oder SUP bewegen und auf dem großen Grundstück……

“Property is a beautiful spacious villa in a nice peaceful area of Budapest with excellent transport links to city centre and airport. A few nice places to eat locally and really well equipped kitchen if cooking in villa with a Lidl within 15 mins walk. Julia and Greg are excellent hosts with lots of helpful tips to enjoy Budapest and locality and they instantly resolved any queries we had in respect to the property or city. We were a family of 6 - Villa had lots of indoor and outdoor space for……
