“The room was clean and comfortable, cool in very hot weather, liked the pool. It could be improved by some plates, bowls and cutlery to go with the microwave and toaster - if they were there, I couldn’t find them. ”

“Great staff and fantastic comfortable rooms. The hotel is in central part of Newcastle and everywhere you can just walk. For your comfort the hottel offers free parking space in the garage, as well as possibikity to us guest laundry for free. Just perfect for shorter or longer stay. Please keep in mind the receprion is not 24hrs open so you need to get the dor key code in advance, if you are planning to check in latrme”

“Clean suite with good settings, useful cutlery, nice complimentary tea bags and snacks provided. Wonderful receptions, very helpful. Location is remote enough for star gazing which is also a nice experience. The brasserie provides good delicious food and has a worth-trying beer tasting pad containing four flavours of their own brewery. Overall, wonderful for driving tour.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean, bright and spotless, the kitchen had a microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge and freezer. There was air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was lovely, hand wash and shampoo and conditioner was supplied. We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.”
