“Booked 2 unit with 2 beds and a sofa bed on Expedia. When I got to the hotel the manager on duty told me that my reservation was for only one unit with Sofa bed and one without sofa bed and she will not take responsibility for Expedia reservations. I thought she was very dismissive and rude even though I showed her the reservation. This is my second time staying at this property and will seriously consider other options for future trips. Very disappointed in the manager on duty at spoiled the……
