"The house was very clean. It was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The view of the lake was amazing! Short walk to the beach. Communicating with the host was easy and she replied right away. The yard is rather small but the large deck made up for that. I would stay here again!"

One night we went to get dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the server made some rude comments about having to work late because they close at 10pm and people showed up at 9:40pm to get dinner. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere due to her comments. Other than that the hotel was amazing!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Ruby Rustic Retreat. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful scenery, this is a wonderful place to unplug and relax. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was calm and restful the entire time.There is no running water, but I knew that going in and honestly didn’t mind at all. It actually felt like a really nice step up from SUV camping while still giving that rustic outdoor experience. For me, it was the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity.The retreat was clean, cozy, and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful stay at the Nordlig Motel for a very quick trip to Chewelah. The owner was very accommodating as our check-in was later than we had anticipated. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Thank you, Andrea!"

"This was a bery clean and cozy cabin, enjoyed our stay very much. I thought it would be closer to the lake per the description but either way it was great and the lake and dock are beautiful. Definitely worth visiting"

"When we got there the code did not work for the front door. It took a few hours before the owner got back to us. Fortunately, one of the other doors was unlocked. There were a few electrical issues to be looked at. One of the fixtures in the kitchen was out. Almost all of the other light fixtures needed more bulbs. There is a missing plate on the refrigerator outlet. The dishwasher is not connected to the cabinet and so it fell out whenever we pulled the drawer out. The living room, bathroom, bedrooms and downstairs were good. The downstairs door needs to be replaced because you can't leave the house and have it locked. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper, but the caretaker came with more of these. I don't think that they were ready for us, most likely being the first group to rent it this year.Overall, the owner needs to get more of his projects done before he lists it again. The other family in our group stayed at a much newer home and this house is being rented at too high of a price point for it's current condition."

"Great yard for pets. Quiet newborhood. We don't do streaming so had trouble understanding tv. We didn't go to the lake because water level too low. Nice patio furniture and gas table/heater. "
