「We should have stayed 2 days to relax more. The place is nice, and if stayed longer we would bring or buy some of our food to cook and hang out there. The song birds were on cue as they were singing away Saturday morning.Loved it!」

「We felt very blessed to find a home for about the same cost as two rooms at a hotel at short notice as we needed to attend a funeral. The cottage is absolutely lovely, and we felt so welcome. Shelly and her sister have made it so cozy. We had a basket full of goodies, condiments, ice packs, coffee, tea, sugar, available for use. They even provided bags to clean up after the dog. (I have difficulty with my hands, and these bags were so easy to open too.) The kitchen was more fully equipped than...

「Super cute, clean and comfy little cottage. This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway and only 40 minutes from State College! The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home. We look forward to coming back in the future! 」

「Adequate home. Small but ok for my needs. Did not like that bathroom is on first floor and bedroom upstairs. Air conditioning was difficult to operate. I would use it again fir a single person 」

「Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. 」

「Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.」

「This is a remodeled small home up against a mountain near the river. Serene view of water from porch. Right next to a 2 lane road. Can get some busy moments of automobiles. The owners do make efforts to provide a comfortable stay with linens, hair dryers, soaps, signage, tv. All noted in listing. Very easy to communicate with them. 」
