The staff was VERY nice. The facility was clean. The pool was small and cold but the kids still loved it. Overall, it was nice & cozy.

Room sizes are nice and the beds are very comfortable. They have a small pool and a patio outside and a small gym next to the pool. The breakfast was pretty good too. It is about 25 minutes away from the Raystown Lake and Marina and the 1000 Steps Hike.

We loved the hot water and pressure in the shower. When we walked in to the property we said Hi twice before it was said back. Housekeeping lady blocked the elevator then when the door closed she moved and said you should of ran for it. The Woman who did breakfast was nice. Breakfast wasn’t much though. Our room; hair in bed, damp sheets and rug. Got out of the shower and was walking around in the bathroom and had to clean the bottom of my feet. Wiped bathroom counter and rag was dirty. Also wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Shower curtain had mold on it. We paid for a King suite that had a sofa and was given regular king room that was cheaper but paid for the other. Pool did not look clean.

this property is close to the hospital that we went to for surgery and very helpful and friendly! and-- there is a SHEETZ right there. That's always a big plus as they have EVERYTHING you need!

We stayed 2 nights in room 302. The paint on the walls look like we were in a 50 year old building that needed remodeling. It was not a pleasant appeal. King size bed and a bathroom. Very tight. Before leaving we looked at a Suit. The suits have more room. However, we looked at the paint in the suit, it also needs a new paint job, however not as bad as 302. We have Family who own a place at Raystown Lake & we will be returning to the area . And we are a big family. Other members of our Family will also be looking for lodging as we come to town.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet was OK but would better with individual butter, peanut butter, jam, etc. condiments rather than the large containers that were provided and are shared by all guests.

It was fine. No real complaints. Breakfast was fairly nice. Suggested improvements: - don't have the TV on when I enter the room for the first time - lobby smelled weird. No clear suggestion there. - heater in my room didn't work great. It was warmer in my room when I had the heater off. It was also a loud heater. - extra blanket in the room would be nice. - more outlets in the room... I had a hard time finding any and there weren't any near where the coffee maker was
