We loved the open floorplan and large family/kitchen/dining area that allowed us to enjoy each other no matter what we were doing. The big bunk room was a huge hit with the kids, and with the pool outside there was always something enjoyable to do. We had a little difficulty figuring out the chef's stove but the oven and gas burner were a breeze. We found a few basic things missing in the kitchen when we first got there but the property manager responded very quickly and supplied what we needed. This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood and very close to the beach. We would stay there again!

Our recent stay at this charming beach house in Huntington Beach was a delightful experience for our whole family. The warm and inviting interior immediately made us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The location is excellent - less than 10 minutes from the shoreline and shopping area, providing easy access while maintaining a quiet residential feel. While we did encounter a minor issue with the furnace, the host was excellent. They addressed our concerns swiftly and efficiently, ensuring our comfort for the rest of our stay. Their prompt and thoughtful response was impressive, quickly rectifying the situation. The only other feedback we have is regarding the oven - it seemed to be quite high-tech and we struggled to figure out how to turn it on. Providing some simple instructions for future guests could be helpful. Overall, this thoughtfully maintained property combines cozy comfort and convenient location to provide the perfect beachside getaway. Between the peaceful ambiance and conscientious hosting, this rental exceeded our expectations for a relaxing family vacation. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an uncomplicated, hassle-free holiday by the beach, and a truly 'homie' feel to make your vacation special.

We had a nice stay for our Disney trip. They pool was heated and wonderful for the kids. The kitchen was nice and big, but a little challenging to figure out some of the appliances (stove, coffee maker, etc). There is a “no shoes” rule in the house but they provide slippers and shoe covers if you need them.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was ideal for our group of extended family -- everyone from the kids to the grandparents were comfortable! We took advantage of the kitchen, entertainment, pool, and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Thank you!
