“We booked an oceanview room and when we checked in, it was on the 3rd floor and blocked by all the palm trees...no view. They moved us on the 3rd night to higher floor and it was much better but we only got to enjoy it for one night. That new room had brown water coming out of the shower, no conditioner and no waste basket liner. The towels were like sandpaper. It really did not feel like a luxury hotel at all.”
