2 week visit to HB over 4th of July

We stayed for 2 weeks in this home and had a great time. Location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Short drive to the grocery store. Property has everything you'll need from beach gear to games to kitchen equipment. Nice touches with toiletries in the bathrooms, snacks and drinks (champagne!) provided, coffee, etc. The tech in the home is easy enough to figure out to operate the TVs, pool/spa, and Sonos sound system. The host is incredibly responsive - helped us with a parking pass late on a Sunday and with a package Amazon locked in the mailbox almost instantly. Overall, I wouldn't look for a different property to stay at in HB, just book it! And if you want a hot spot for the 4th of July, you couldn't have a better location for 360 degree views of fireworks and everyone having an amazing holiday. It was LOUD with fireworks, but to be expected. Good times.

Great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. It is located close to the beach and the downtown area of Huntington Beach. The pool and spa are wonderful. The house is well equipped and it has all of the amenities that you need to have a great time. And, the property manager is incredibly responsive and eager to ensure that all is right. We look forward to returning again soon!

House was within walking distance to the beach, pier, and Pacific City which had many shops, restaurants, and more. So convenient! House was additionally well equipped with directions on all of the home's functions, but the property team was also readily available with any additional questions we had.

Sanctuary in a busy city

Family of 5 (13-18-22) hands down a PERFECT location, backyard is super private and the fireplaces are amazing for those cooler mornings or evening. the Pool and hot tub are remarkable. Location to beach is 3 min walk. All the beach toys were perfect and we used the bikes every day to ride the beach walk or take to dinner. We will be back for sure.

Exactly What We Needed

This property is exactly what you see in the listing. Proximity to the beach and downtown was exactly what we wanted. While others wait to park at the beach you just walk down and set up camp. The beach accessories and the bikes were extremely valuable. We all spent a lot of time lounging in the pool and hot tub. The yard is very private. Everyone had their own comfy room and bath. In the morning the outdoor fireplaces were awesome. Keep in mind you are downtown so on Saturday night there will be some public noise from the street. I am probably just not used to California car noises haha. The kids loved being able to run out for burgers, burritos or DQ not to mention sunsets from the pier. We would certainly stay here again!

Five star Huntington house

Our family had a amazing vacation at this beautiful Huntington house. The owner has thought of everything and the house is organized and very well kept. We enjoyed the backyard and pool and loved that we could bring our 2 dogs! You can park your car and never use it, can walk to beach, stores, and restaurants. We hope to go back again soon!

Gorgeous home, amazing location!! Our family of 4 loved this rental. A great place to come home to after long days at theme parks. Great location - so many cute shops + restaurants nearby (walking distance) and super close to the beach as well! My girls loved taking the scooters down to the board walk for sunset strolls. From this homes location we went to Disneyland, Universal, SanDiego Zoo as well as Dana Point, Newport, Laquna and explored Beverly Hills! All super easy to get to from this homes location!! So many details I could go on and on, fresh flowers throughout the home, snacks + beverages. Nice little added touches! The pool + spa were a hit and equally as important - super comfy beds!! Super duper clean, I’m a nurse and germaphobe so this is very important to me!! And did I mention a rooftop patio - with not only amazing views, but a peloton and outdoor/sheltered tv area!!! The only downfall is, we didn’t stay long enough to fully enjoy all the house and area has to offer!! Made we want to move there! HIGHLY recommend

The property is in a perfect location. The owners had every detail for a 5 star experience. They welcomed us with Champagne and fresh flowers all around. The house is unique in that it has a large yard with a pool and spa. Most rentals in that area do not offer a large yard. Our family enjoyed this experience and we hope to come back soon.
