Lovely property

This place was thoughtfully prepared for our stay. My group was very comfortable here and opted to spend a lot of our trip here for meals and the hot tub. Very close to the shore. Great kitchen. The home has a luxury feel and a great background for a Huntington Beach weekend.

Beach House

We enjoyed this home away from home. Since we are remodeling our house, we needed a place close by. This place is clean, big, and ideally located. We hope to stay here again when we do the next step of our remodel!

We stayed at the White House 306 14th Street and loved it!

We loved our stay at the White House. It was perfect for our adult family. It was an easy walk to the beach and the house has plenty of room to gather together and retreat to your own room for privacy. We would definitely rent this house again. The owners were so gracious!

Mom's 80th birthday dream come true

We were here for our mom's 80th birthday visiting family that moved to HB during COVID. The house was so nice and everyone felt as home. The decor is absolutely beautiful so clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect walking distance from the beach.

Summer Stay

This was my second time at the property but first time with our family. The family loved the location and proximity to the beach. We had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy our vacation. Playing games and hitting the local spots. I’m in HB numerous times a year and will stay here agin the future.

Great beach house for the family

We had a wonderful time at this house. It has all of the amenities you need to make your beach week perfect, including a close walk to the beach, bikes, boogie and surf boards, plenty of beach towels. The hot tub is great for when the ocean water is chilly. The house is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops. The owners are accommodating and very responsive.

Amazing family beach get away

The White House was immaculate! Our family had an amazing stay at this well maintained house close to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook family meals. My kids loved the hot tub on the rooftop, the variety of board games and enjoyed playing with all the beach amenities on beach. It was a quick walk to everything! This was our first stay in Huntington Beach, and we will absolutely come back and stay at the White House. The hosts had excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house.

Family Getaway

What a beautiful place to spend time relaxing with family. A lovely home that is well cared for and well appointed. The house is close to the beach and walking distance to Main St HB. There are plenty of neighborhood restaurants and convenience stores within a short walk from the house making the car optional for the week. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the house. The kitchen has several counter-top type appliances (toaster, blender and a drip coffee maker - don’t buy filters for a few years!) you don’t see in the photos. The owners live next door and were very nice and helpful without being intrusive. Great place.

Beautiful home - Disappointing Management

Lovely home, clean and inviting. Problem with management communication. We had questions when we arrived. Mike was rude and dismissive when we finally caught up with him which was the day before we left. Our grandson had to sleep on a bed without bedding and we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels. Isn't it funny how the little things leave the bad taste. He told us to contact him the Monday after we left. Chanti did call us the last day and was pleasant and helpful. Too little, too late. We will not return.

Downtown Gem

The White House is conveniently located but not too close to general HB hospitality noise. It is well equipped and in great shape. The kitchen and BBQ enabled us to self serve at home. We will try to stay here during next HB visit.

excellent week long get a way

We had 8 people recently stay at this place. It was wonderful. The lay out of the property was fantastic for what we needed. The third floor was perfectly set for 3 teenage boys, who got their own space and shower. The second floor had two separate master bedrooms on either side of the floor. Each master had its own bathroom. In the middle on the second floor was a queen sized bed and bedroom with its own bathroom. The downstairs had a great lay out for enjoying a large kitchen which became our main hangout area. The front room also offers a good hangout spot with TV. The front deck was a great spot (but we only utilized it the last two days- which was our failure). It has great afternoon sun! The beach was very close. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It was a great spot! we would enjoy returning next year.

Beautiful home close to beach

We stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful week! The house is absolutely stunning and even better in person than in the photos. It was perfectly clean and absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are also big. We loved cooking in the huge kitchen and relaxing at night in the hot tub. The only downside was that there was no garage door opener, so you had to leave your vehicle out back in the street, run around to the front of the house to let yourself in and go back through the garage to open the door. That was a hug pain. But other than that, we would definitely stay here again. It is close to everything, we walked to the beach everyday and it is just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants. We only wished we coulld have stayed longer!

Gorgeous house & perfect location!

My family & I had a great time staying at this gorgeous beach house. It was better than described & it was in a perfect walking or biking location to the beach. Only wish the time hadn’t gone so quick! I’ll definitely save this listing for any future trips.
