We did not get there till late, 3:00 a.m. and left at 9:00 a.m. but, from what I could see the property looked good and was in good repair. I do have to say, even though the facility was older, our room was absolutely immaculate. The bed was more comfortable than some high-end hotels.

Unfortunately the room I was given, had a really bad smell and didn't look like it had been cleaned. The sink leaked water in the floor and the toilet didn't always flush very well. All of the employees were very helpful, when I canceled the rest of my stay and went to another hotel.

Day 1: As we tried to check in the guy working the front desk didn't make our key to the right room so we couldn't get in. It took 5 tries and finally someone else came to help him. As we walked into the room there was a white washcloth with black on it laying on the sink. The remote for the TV didn't work. there were only 3 pillows on a king size bed for 2 people. We left and came back to the room and went to bed. Day 2: We woke up to no hot water in the sink or shower. So, we called the front desk, and the maintenance man came to ck the hot water. Thats when he told us this room was put out of service and they put you in here anyway. We voiced our displeasure of the towel's pillows and hot water problem. He said he was going to try and fix it while we were out. But when we returned, he said he couldn't do it. And contact the front desk about a new room, but it was a standard room with no amenities which we had booked a king superior room. So, we had to pack and move to another building with lots of steps, to the new room. So, we get to our room, and it had lights that didn't work, and the curtains was falling off the curtain rod. So, my boyfriend fixed the curtain. Then we noticed we didn't have a fridge to put our medicine in and no ice from the broken ice maker. So, we had to go buy ice to put in our cooler for the medicine. We also didn't have a microwave or hairdryer. We asked about a discount since we moved but the front desk clerk said ask the owner.

My wife and I would regularly stay here when we were in the area for business. Sadly, this place has gone down hill fast. In the past 6 months, the cleanliness and service have taken a huge down turn. Doors don't lock properly, so we had someone open the door and try to walk into our room at 2am, there is mold in the bathrooms and on the ceiling in most rooms, you can see repairs that were done cheaply and improperly, the rooms smell, they are freezing cold and take forever to heat up, no shampoo or soap, and now, besides having a credit card on file, you have to put down a 50.00 cash deposit. 7 months ago, this was our go to place to stay.... now, we won't even consider it.

Very disappointing, I have stayed there many times and have been 100% satisfied, but this time - new management! No coffee pot, no refrigerator, no hair dryer, soap and lotion dispenser was basically empty. TV remote didn’t work, heat didn’t work…we froze all night long!

Very friendly, very clean, heater was not on upon arrival (outside was only 20 degrees that day) and room was cold, took a while to warm up due to old heat system, but overall a good place for the night.
