“We arrived at Thainstone Hotel on Saturday late afternoon . We asked to book our meal for supper as we were going to a show just across from hotel , as the show starts at 7.30 , we needed to book a meal a bit earlier , the receptionist said we can’t serve meals till 7.30 as there is a wedding in process. She said she will ask the chef but he said no . Even a sandwich would b better than nothing , but no . She said she couldn’t even offer a bag of crisps as they hadn’t any of them either..So we……

“What a fantastic stay at Kintrae B&B! Jackie and Mike are fantastic hosts and cooks! Hotel building is beautiful, room was great, clean, beds are really comfortable. There was a lovely sitting room looking out to the sea. The breakfast was home cooked and fresh, i had the vegan breakfast that was so yummy I couldn’t wait to go to bed just to wake up for another one! Not only do Jackie and Mike cater for vegans with breakfast they also had vegan dinner options that I had the pressure of……

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”
