One night stay for an event in town. Super friendly welcome, clean and cosy room, great value. We were on the top floor with lovely views. Our room was quite hot, even after opening a window, but this might be as the weather warmed up. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a good bolt hole for visiting family. It's a popular place with local people at times and staff are helpful and friendly. I was very happy with the room. Very well presented with fresh white bedding and a nice new bathroom. Wasnt sure what to expect on arrival, but our room was brilliant. Didnt want to leave such comfortable bed's. 😀

I have been travelling for 2 weeks and this is, by far, the best accommodations i have had. The room was very clean, well equipped and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were awesome. The restaurant was good value. Breakfast was the best! Great server and excellent food to start your day. The guy at reception was friendly, clear on explaining the hotel amenities and helpful. Just an excellent experience there all around.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable rooms and delicious restaurant. Breakfast was the best we had in Scotland in our whole 10 day trip. We took a morning walk along the river. Great location for the distilleries as well.

Great place to stay

We’ve stayed here a couple of times as room spotless and comfortable. Food was great and breakfast plentiful. Overall an excellent place to stay, the only slight issue which in the grand scale of things is only a small point but for evening meal clearing plates slow and empty glasses left for whole meal, just a little more attention to detail but won’t stop us returning.

Great we’re place.

What a gem of a hotel. We only stayed one night. I slept so well in a big comfy bed. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I totally recommend. We’ll be back.

Great location with great staff. Food very good but pricey. No elevators which is not ideal when you’re on the 4th floor with a big bag. Rooms were freezing cold when we got there although they did warm up eventually. Could only stand up on one side of the room due to the ceiling slope. Overall a good stay with a few surprises.

Lovely Hotel

What a fantastic hotel, great food and good vibes throughout the hotel. A bonus was the Cullen Skink from the current World Champion that i took home, my wife and I can confirm that it was indeed worthy of the award.
