We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. "The cabin is beautiful and very quiet. The owner has provided for everything. The hot tub in the evenings were a great way to unwind. We also enjoyed taking their kayaks out on the nearby lake. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation."

"My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. I cant quite put into words how much we loved this place. It smells like history and books. "My husband and I took our kids (ages 13, nearly 3, and 18 months) to Eureka for a family mini vacation. This place is very well located on the quieter end of downtown, great for being a home base for the excursions we took with the kids. For my fellow parents, this spot may be a better fit if your kids are age 5 or older. I'm afraid my babies waking in the night probably disturbed our fellow renter upstairs and my 18mo broke one of the plates while there. 13 year old loved the bunk beds though!"

"My friend who also has a Sigma Chi at U of A joined me to stay at this fantastic condo for a weekend celebrating time with our boys. We loved the location as we were able to walk to most of our events, and we loved how nice our accommodations were as well! It was a perfect place for us also because we each had our own room and bathroom. It would be nice if each unit had at least 2 parking spaces, but we figured that out by carpooling and parking one car off site. I would definitely recommend...

"This downtown rental is clean and convenient. It's perfect for someone planning a weekend float trip who also wants to be close to the downtown shops and resteraunts. I will say I had almost no cellphone service (at&t) but I could use my phone after I connected to the free wifi. I had some trouble getting in, but the owner was quick to help. Happy floating!"

"After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too"
