This was a great hotel! We were greeted when we arrived and provided warm cookies after check in. The rooms very spacious and clean. The pool was so much fun! Our two children loved it.
Good service helpful staff
Cleanliness wasn’t bad had a few tubs in the floor around the rooms I’m assuming they were used for cleaning rooms but left there multiple days
The best breakfast in the city. They have Supreme Grits. These are the best grits a person can eat. The cossants were delicious. The were soft, fluffy, and very tasty. The parking area needed constant attention due the arrival traffic. Overall, this is a great place stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.
This place was a real potpourri for us.
Lobby was lush and clean and inviting as was the other end of venue near pool to gather. Welcoming coffee, water etc. However, despite a myriad of signs inviting folks to attend this or that local event, there were signs about times. Time for dinner, bar breakfast...although NO ONE told us about the bar "Happy Hour"
Literally 1 hr from 530 to 630 pm until we picked up menus for dinner in the restaurant at 637pm..."too late for the specials". Two huge signs boasted a program for obtaining honor points for earing and drinking on property. However, no one told us that the only way to get those points was not just to eat and drink there, but must pay by "charging to the room, or with a Hilton cc". Again no one said this before they charged our business cc for our bill and we lost the point opportunity although we could have charged to the room easily!
The bed was comfy, wonderful towels even at the very noisy pool, and good shower, the room was nothing special for the price.
This was the perfect place for us to stay on our way to Florida. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stop again!
My room was clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful during check-in and check-out.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was small but adequate. Bathroom vey small. Rug on floor not vacuumed. Beds were good. Restaurant was great. Lots of variety on breakfast buffet. We also ate dinner here on two nights during our stay. Delicious entrees. Service was great. Free parking. Visiting family member in hospital, which was only a few minutes away.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Hotel itself could use a major renovation.
Old building needing updates. Loud. Breakfast is poor. Restaurant is open odd hours.
Staff however were exceptional!
A bit of a stretch calling this “Riverfront “.
Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by the comfort of the rooms. We were traveling with a baseball team and had multiple rooms booked, and everyone had the same experience with the beds being extremely firm and uncomfortable. Additionally, the rooms never seemed to cool down properly and felt warm and muggy throughout the night, making it difficult for everyone to get a good night’s sleep.
While we appreciated the hospitality and overall quality of the property, a comfortable night’s rest is a priority when traveling. Because of the beds and room temperature, we unfortunately would not choose to stay here again.
