The hotel was very clean, and our room was super nice. The entire hotel was super nice! They welcomed our dog easily and were super pet friendly.
The only issue was that 5 minutes into getting into our room we got a call from the front desk saying we had a noise complaint. We had simply walked into our room and began putting away things, checking it all out. The loudest thing we did was walk!!! Apparently we were "thumping" too loud. We were walking. Walking!! Then, i took a shower. After i got out of my shower we got another complaint for more "thumping" noises and that we needed to be quiet. I literally had only taken a shower and walked. That is it! My dog did not bark, and my husband was looking at his phone. We were not loud whatsoever. I tried to explain this to the lady on the phone and tell her she had the wrong room, but she told me "I am looking at the blueprints, it is your room."
So from then on we literally felt like we had to tip-toe and basically were walking on eggshells. I shouldn't have to be intensely quiet when staying in a room i paid full price for. And, we weren't even being loud in the first place!!!! If we were, i would've totally understood and quieted down. But walking?????? I know the front desk was doing their job, but the lady on the phone wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences or try to hear me out in the slightest. Super frustrating!!!! Won't be staying here again!
