「There is a quaint meeting area that has chairs and a fire place when you first walk in. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I suffer from back pain, but this is the first time sleeping at a hotel where my back didn’t hurt the next day. The free buffet breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff. Close to amenities in Madison and Huntsville as well as The airport. Highly recommend.」

「Our room was spacious and clean. The price was a bargain and the breakfast was great. Housekeeping lady was super nice and it was nice and quiet. Pool was clean and good size as well. My only complaint was the evening clerk who acted put out when I asked for fresh towels as we did not have our room cleaned that day. I highly recommend this motel if you’re trying to save a buck and don’t need plush furniture and a weight room. We have stayed here several times over the past few years and...

「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「Look, I don’t expect perfection, but this Hampton has gone down hill. Staff was great at check-in, but there was mildew in four spots on the ceiling, soap scum in the shower, and a whole loaf of moldy bread at breakfast. The toilet squealed when refilling and the AC fan rattled loud between cycles, waking us up. If it had been one or two of these things, I might get it, but this is lack of excellence and just laziness across the board. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Time to look elsewhere.」
