We've stayed here twice. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and modern place. Great for children and adults. It is convenient to recreation opportunities. Highly recommend.

kitchen was well stocked and the living room was nice for large gatherings. We enjoyed the large grill. Would enjoy the West facing patio if there was an awning. The living room couch is placed nicely but not very comfortable. However, the property had everything we needed and the proximity to the Lake was what we came for. We would stay again happily!

We have stayed at this Condo Complex several times in the past 4 years. They have parking for our boat and Pineview Reservoir is so close. This condo was perfect for the whole family to get together for Father's Day weekend. Because it was Father's Day and we're not early risers we had to use Cemetery Point boat launch instead of Anderson Cove like we usually do. But it's still close by.

Delightful Time Together

Very clean, roomy, and we love having plenty of beds and bathrooms! The youngest kids loved having a secret playroom and finding toys there. We liked being by the lake and having access to a basketball court and having our own Jacuzzi. We all want to go back as soon as we can.

Great House- cute towns to explore

We booked this house as a moms weekend away for a friends 40th birthday. It was very clean with ample beds and bathrooms. The living area and kitchen is a cozy setup. Not an amazing view but It was our mistake that we thought it overlooked the lake when we booked. We loved how cute Eden and Huntsville are and enjoyed the beautiful drive down to Ogden's 25th street.We would stay again!

Snow vacation

We stayed here for a long weekend, 8 adults and two toddlers. The place provided lots of room for each of the couples, kitchen was was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, good linens. Hot tub on patio was great! The water pressure was challenging in some bathrooms. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes well which was frustrating.

3 Story Comso at Lakeside

The manager was excellent as always. Brady was always prompt in responding to any concerns/questions. The unit has been somewhat updated. There are some things that need changimg. The lighting throughout the condo is way too bright. Stark white bulbs everywhere which makes it feel not so cozy. Ceiling lights need to be on dimmers and soft white bulbs put in all ceiling canned lights and lamps in bedrooms. Very sterile feel as it is. Though it has a more updated “feel”, it’s clear the bathrooms and carpeting are old and dated. Love the manager. He is the bests

Great family vacay spot!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 children had a great stay at this home! We all have a good time when we sleep well, and the beds were very comfy, with nice sheets, good pillows and plenty of blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with a blender to make smoothies, and plenty of cookware to prepare our meals. There is an extra cute little room with toys and books that our little kids loved. Brady was quick to respond to all our questions and requests before and during our stay. The gathering room is spacious and perfect for families to play games and enjoy being together. We took advantage of the swimming pool and club house right across the street. The beach was a five minute walk and had great sand and plenty of water at the lake to kayak, paddle board and jet ski. We rented jet skis just across the lake and there are two paddle boards in the garage as well as two bikes. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas with sand umbrella stands, sand toys and beach towels. There are also tennis racquets to use at the courts just across the street. We ventured into Huntsville and had a great time at the pickleball courts there. Everyone in the resort area was so friendly and we felt right at home. We'd love to come again for a family gathering in the future.

Great Property

Great property. It was as advertised, very clean and the clubhouse and pool were great. Walking distance to Pineview Reservoir sandy beach. Had many toys in the garage including mountain bikes and paddle boards that were a nice surprise. Host was responsive. Would come here again.
