This should not be listed. The first thing upon pulling up was overflowing trash in the dumpster. It smelled horrible and the room was awful. Bathroom no words. The guest that were seen …. I can’t believe this is listed. However it did say extended stay I just was looking for a better kept property.

Reserved a room with a tub. Got to the hotel got a room with a shower. Got in the room 1 bed had pillows. The other bed no pillows. No towels, rags, toilet paper,or anything for the bathroom. Plugged in a fan and a fire alarm beeped every 10 seconds. Unplugged the fan and it quit. Saw roaches running around inside and outside of the hotel. Just all around a poor experience.

We loved that our family could stay together instead of reserving multiple hotel rooms. So convenient to The Bog (the wedding venue) and Port Washington (the rehearsal dinner venue). The mattresses were solid and we appreciated the room darkening shades but plenty of natural light during the day, plenty of towels for each bedroom, hanging space for clothes and a luggage rack in each bedroom. We used the mini iron & hairdryer-thank you for having those available! We honestly didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but it’s really cute with outdoor spaces to sit and relax. For feeling like we were “in the middle of nowhere”, we were perfectly situated close to where we needed to be!

I’ve stayed there before and it was fine, but this time not so much. It needs some work and renovation there was even a burst window. Had to wait for 30 minutes to check in (I’m pretty sure they are short of staff). The could have been a little more professional, but that wasn’t a big deal to me and they were very nice. Room was ok but could have been cleaned better especially the mirrors and drawers / cabinets. I also didn’t have any towels or toilet paper in my room. The bathroom door handle was broken and the bedside light wouldn’t turn off I had to unplug it. They have some woke to do but it still isn’t worst hotel I’ve been to.

The bathroom had a dirty bath mat. There weren’t any pots, pans, dishes or anything available for the kitchen. We were 2 bath towels and told we had to exchange to have clean ones. I paid for 3 nights and was not able to get in! They said they could find my reservation. When I called for a refund I was told no. I paid for 2 more nights and stayed the first night…the second (actually became the 5th paid night) the key card would not work and could not get into the room. So after paying for 5 nights. We were only able to access the room for one night! Will NEVER use them EVER again!!!! So disappointed and out of money!!!!!
