The neighborhood is quiet for the exception of some Friday nights during the football season. If it gets too out of hand, you can either take a 5-10 min walk or 1 min drive to Delano Park, National Registered of Historic places, a 28 acre oasis where kids can enjoy the open space park, splashpad (in the summertime), walking trail, basketball court, picnic tables, Rose Garden and so much more.
