"Overall when we first arrived things appeared to be clean, spacious & well kept. After settling in we noticed a few minor things like the master bedroom door looked to have been kicked in & did not close with a latching close as for privacy. There was hardly enough wash cloths for my family of 4 to bathe. There was a dirty glass left under one of the sofas & on our third night there I encountered several small to medium roaches. "The room was clean and nice. The pool area was crowded and little dirty which was a down side. The staff was nice. Room service - food was good but they got my order wrong twice . I did enjoy my fresh omelette and the mixed drinks were good."

"We traveled from Florida all day prior to check in. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly in any way. In fact, there was very little conversation at all. I was so disappointed because our experience in April with check in was the complete opposite. The pool still looked dirty and the hot tub was still taped off so no work had been done there to resolve it since our stay the week before on our way to Florida. I would still recommend this hotel based on location, parking, cleanliness and the breakfast, so we'll see how things are when we stay again in September."

"This hotel is beautiful. 10/10. Will definitely stay again if we pass this way. Parking was well lit and we were able to view our car from our room. The guest services are kind and attentive. The hotel room is very modern and the beds are cozy and definitely help for a good nights sleep. The pool and chill area is beautiful. It’s a newer hotel and you can tell. The continental breakfast was great! Waffles, yogurt, eggs,bacon,sausage, cereals,breads,toast, muffins. Orange juice,Cranberry juice and apple juice along with coffee and creamers. I didn’t see that on the website when we booked so that was a beautiful surprise!"
