"The main issue was not having a place to sit in the living area. The futon cushion needs replacing. It felt like you were sitting on the metal frame. Extremely uncomfortable and not useable. Also would be nice to fix the shower door and remove the temporary shower curtain. "

"Overall when we first arrived things appeared to be clean, spacious & well kept. After settling in we noticed a few minor things like the master bedroom door looked to have been kicked in & did not close with a latching close as for privacy. There was hardly enough wash cloths for my family of 4 to bathe. There was a dirty glass left under one of the sofas & on our third night there I encountered several small to medium roaches. "Very nice place and quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in. Very spacious and well stocked. Easy travel to CUSA basketball tournaments. Would have liked a few more dishes/pitcher options in the kitchen. Great appliances and TVs and even had some games. Would definitely stay again!"
