Good but also need to improve

The hotel is nice but the sound insulation and air condition is awful. I can easily hear the sounds from next room, and the AC is not working well, they even don’t open the AC at lobby and 37f skybar. All the staff is perfect, they help me to solve all my question. A comfortable experience

Good infrastructure, comfortable room with private swimming pool makes whole family a relaxing experience. May due to popular holidays (summer vacation), room service level got a little bit down at these time.

The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected.
