**Great hotel with a beautiful beachfront location** We had a great stay at Club Paradisio El Gouna! The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location, beautifully maintained green grounds and is clean throughout. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The food was excellent, with seven different evening themes and a great variety of dishes every night. The staff were generally very friendly, polite and welcoming. However, we had a disappointing experience when we requested water and had to wait **8 hours** for it. The beach towels definitely need replacing. They were very dated, and most were stained, which lets the hotel down and needs urgent attention. For kitesurfing, this place is fantastic! A special mention goes to **Osmosis Kite Club**. The team were amazing, helpful and attentive, making sure everyone was well looked after. The rescue boats are also a great reassurance when out on the water. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this resort, especially for its beachfront location, beautiful grounds, excellent food and outstanding kitesurfing facilities. With some improvements to the service and beach towels, the experience would be even better!

I liked everything about the property … the staff were great , helpful and sharing happiness all the time (so friendly ) , trying to keep you busy all the time with activities …. Actually all activities are available I would like to thank all the staff ( Sam , Rana , yostena , sandy ….. ) and all other for making this experience the best Of course the calm atmosphere , the sea , restaurant everything was the best …. I would highly recommend it

Room was lovely. Just what we needed. Always clean and water provided daily Only thing I’d change is the shower controls to a proper mixer tap and not have to blend manually with the hot and cold taps and instructions on how to use the airco.

Nice, big room and bathroom with instant hot shower water. With a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the a la carte restaurant is recommended. The day activities and the night show were really good. The marinas downtown are very nice with cosy cafes and restaurants and it's only a short ride with a tuk-tuk. Overall, a great experience!

A wonderfully holiday

It was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very helpful, informative and polite. The beach and both pools were easily accessible, with plenty of chairs and shade.

Tolles Hotel mit einem traumhaften Strand. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Das sehr freundliche Personal (von der Rezeption über den Zimmerservice bis zu den Kellern und Köchen) hat sein übriges dazu getan. Hoffentlich bald wieder - sehr zu empfehlen!
