While the hotel promotes entertainment and activities, I found the animation team to be noticeably absent during much of the day. Their presence is essential to energize the environment and engage guests with fun options. It would be great if they were more visible and available throughout the day—whether by the pool, in the lobby, or during meal times—to actively offer their programs and encourage participation. A more proactive approach from the animation team could truly elevate the guest experience, especially for families and solo travelers looking to connect and enjoy the full range of activities."
