“I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. ”

“This was my family's favourite stay. The location is fantastic and the room is modern with a great view of the marina. We stayed in the executive suite and loved it! There were 2 bathrooms, coffee, couches, 2 balconies with different views and 2 big bedrooms! Some things to note. The bathrooms had an unpleasant smell becuase of Egypts sewer system. Seems to be an issue all over and not specfic to just this hotel. There are some things youll need to overlook regarding the aesthetic and……

“The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many activities and restaurants. The staff very respectful and responsive to any needs and questions. ”

“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”

“Furchtbar. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Couch und Doppelbett gebucht Bekomme haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es war ein dunkles Loch. Man musste den ganzen Tag Licht anhaben. Das Gute an dem Hotel war man hat nicht viel Geld gebraucht dadurch das man nie bedient worden ist. Nach Anuf von Expedia Mitarbeiterin Dina wurde einem zugesagt das wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wurde bis zum letzten Tag verschoben. Leider bekomme ich keine Bilder reingestellt.”

“Als wir die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen haben haben wir Angst bekommen .Da das Hotel aber unserem Budget entsprach haben wir dazu entschieden und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend ,wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt bei diesen total freundlichen Herzens Menschen.Zu dem gab es 3 mal täglich warmes Essen, uns hat es total gut geschmeckt ,wenn man aber sehr wählerisch beim Essen ist oder nur europäisch isst , ist es Nix für einen.Wir hatten eine tolle……

“The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there. Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves. If your looking for a base to stay, wash up and get your head down then thos is for you - if you want any sort of 'hotel' service then you'd be better off……
