"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. ..."

"Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it."
