The staff was very helpful and very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Do not waste your money staying here, hotels have terrible lighting, rooms are dark, the main doors have busted locks, no staff room service like they say, drains don’t work lights flicker dust everywhere, the exit signs are hanging by the wires which is unacceptable, nothing is up to code. Coming from an Electrician it’s quite disturbing knowing that they can get away with these unsafe acts on the property

Information on hotels.com is not accurate. There is no fitness center, there is no arcade, the pictures on the website are inaccurate. The room had an awful smell to it, and it wasn’t clean

Don’t judge by the exterior!
The hotel was just as described, no frills! It was nice for what we needed. It could use some upgrades, but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot! Both much needed after hiking all day!

this hotel was close to the riding trails and the staff was very accommodating. The check in area had collapsed due to heavy snow fall last year and had not been fixed yet.

Not what I expected from a Clarion Hotel. Was unkept property part of the building had collapsed and was that way since winter when we were told it was from a heavy snow . Room was clean.

Part of roof is caved in. Check in system was odd. Was placed way down on end of building on 2nd floor and there was hardly anyone there. Water bottle cover, pill of some sort under desk. A few hairs on floor in bathroom. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Our hotel was nearly fully booked during your stay so we are elated that your room was so quiet that it was as if you were the only ones here. In the future please feel free to bring any concerns that you have during your stay at the time of to the front desk so they may be addressed. Certainly we would have been happy to provide another room if it wasn't to the standard of cleanliness that we are proud to uphold.

This was horrible. Roof has collapsed on one end of the building. Bathroom was clean, but in need of a remodeling badly. Same applied to the whole building.

Construction area eyesore. Parking lot dirty with many potholes. Outside area rates a #2 Room 3. Tub drain is stoped up. Beds and linens were fine. Skipped breakfast if there was one.

my stay at the Clarion
It went well even though they were just starting to do the repairs from the roof caving in in April.I was there for one week .They say that they will change linens after 3 nights but they didn't change the bedding until Thursday after I brought up to management that the linens hadn't been changed on Tuesday like they were supposed to have been.I also filled out the card they leave in the room if you want things done earlier than every three days.I filled the card out on Thursday.I felt when they didn't do the room on Wednesday I should bring it to someone's attention.Otherwise I thought the place wasn't too bad. They do have a limited continental breakfast.

The main entry building was damaged do to heavy snow in the month of May. The property looked dismal, the parking lot was in terrible condition with pot holes everywhere. The paint was pealing from the building and the security door was not working (area 6). Compared to other motels in that area it was simply a sorry site.

Rooms nice despite recent storm damage.
It looked like the hotel had recently suffered some storm damage, and the lobby shown in the pictures was not in use. You had to use another entrance door, which was well marked, and there was a temporary office set up in a former guest room, where you actually checked in. I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, so I don't know if they had any available. But there were coffee machines and bottles of water outside the temporary office, so I assume they had some breakfast items there in the morning. Everything in the room was very nice, especially for the low price.

An ugly building due to roof cave in and limited breakfast, the room was pretty nice at 47.00 a night so a good value. I’d stay there again

Only as a last resort.
This property has definitely seen better days. It is very run down looking from the outside. We almost didn’t stay. I will say that the room was comfortable although it did have a stale smell to it.

I liked the location. The room needed a good cleaning as there were m&m's under the night stand, and other junk under the beds. The top drawer on the night stand would not stay shut.

The web site said free breakfast, the snow had collapse the main lobby so no breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable . We would stay there again.
