"My family and I went on a trip to the Poughkeepsie area due to my son being recruited for football. We arrived at the hotel. The staff was OK. We got up to the room. The room was extremely hot. We made several attempts to call to ask them what was going on they said their air-conditioning was down however it was being fixed now. Mine knew it is easy degrees outside and to me that was an unacceptable response. We waited several more hours. Nothing happened. Had a hard time sleeping went downstairs spoke to the ninth desk clerk. He told me to take the panel off and to turn a button which I was not going to do. This trip was very stressful, and I would never revisit this hotel again in life."

"There was no staff when I arrived. I took an envelope w my last name on it from the front desk and followed to my room. There was no interaction with any human being so I had no clue what to expect. I even missed the free breakfast because there is no one to give any information. Room is great with a backdrop of the mountains and moon. I loved the aesthetics of the bedroom & bathroom. Very clean. Not sure Abe gym or pool."

"I paid a deposit from hotels.com, about 1 month prior to my stay. The hotel never received that deposit, it wasn't showing in their system. Therefore, I had to pay the full balance and my deposit is still missing. I would like to get reimbursed for the deposit I had initially paid when I made the reservation. "
