To access the larger property, guests will be given a door access code and will need to enter the larger property by using the door on the far left side of the garage.
To access the smaller property, guests will use the same access code to open the front door.
This property has a Kosher package option for guest use upon request for an additional fee.
Winter Pool Heating Costs:
November - March has a $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $50 for each night of your reservation.

- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
- Once you`ve made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.

Community Info - Here is the information on the Aerie Community and Parking. You may park in the garage, driveway, or around the back where there is room. The large additional Parking area is currently under development. There is no parking on the front street. Clubhouse/Community Pool hours are from 7 am-10 pm. The hot tub is heated year round. The two other pools are not being heated until the end of March. An exercise room is available. Garbage cans are emptied Thursday morning. Our on-site guys come around Wednesday evening and bring cans to the curb if the cans are not already out. Groceries and other supplies are at Walmart, which is 5 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west or 15 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10, as well as other locations around town. This beautiful European inspired community has 2 pickleball courts, a lap pool, swim pool, hot tub, grass fields, and hedges throughout. -> Ironbridge Estate is one of the only properties in Southern Utah designed specifically for large groups of 60+ guests. For guests keeping kosher or hosting religious gatherings, a kosher package is available and includes a full kosher kitchen, Shabbos supplies, and dedicated Shul/Beis Medrash space complete with siddurim and chumashim. Kosher catering is available for pickup in Las Vegas or delivery directly to the home, making it easy to host large meals and events.
