Physical property as described. Pool and rec area wonderful. Beach towels very nice. Gourmet kitchen without gourmet kitchen tools. Low quality kitchen utensils, and accessories. Sheets and towels low end quality. Kitchen table stools very uncomfortable, and not conducive to table gathering. Unfortunately, since this vacation was focused on Thanksgiving away from home, and rented for kitchen and open concept living- we were disappointed at low budget accessories. We were aware from reviews about 3rd floor no elevator. Definitely, need to be stairs capable for this property! Property is quiet and away from hustle and bustle.

The area is great and so is the property, as long as you don’t mind stairs. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that and it wasn’t great for some of the people staying with us, that don’t walk well. As for the actual place, it was built in the early 2000’s and was well appointed for that time. Travertine flooring throughout and granite countertops. According to my smartwatch I slept better than I sleep at home as well. My only real complaints were the tv in the master bedroom (a 32” 20 year old tv), the ice machine not working, and the couch being a bit old.
