This rental needs a lot of attention. The description says sleeps 12 adults. But there is only one bean shape couch and 2 uncomfortable swivel chairs for any seating in the entire house. There were loose wires in bathroom and no locks on a lot of the doors. The location is outside of St. George, but is conveniently on a golf course. When the heating was shut off to half the house in the winter, there was no response from the management company until the 4th day and we were checking out the next day. This could be a great rental if some thought and time was put into the upkeep.
