「The room was spotless and amazing. This was one of our tops stays on a 2 week trip. Right in the heart of Kenmare, we parked right out front. No elevator so not ideal if you need accessibility. The beds, shower, and hotel were terrific! We took the room with a balcony which was enjoyed even in December. Highly recommend! They also have a wine bar attached and served a lovely breakfast. 」

「The Park is definitely a worthwhile splurge. Room was well appointed and the staff was warm and friendly. Kenmare is a great backdrop for a wonderful trip. If I had to make a "complaint" it would be that the carpet is so thick and plush it made pulling the wheeled luggage challenging, but that is not a serious complaint. 」

「Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. Amazing service and beautiful clean rooms! Thanks for the hospitality. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Hotel Killarney. Our room was wonderful, and the view of the lake was incredible—such a peaceful way to start and end the day. Breakfast each morning was top notch with plenty of great options. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring the area. The hotel also has several comfortable sitting areas throughout the property, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. 「The place was amazing, very nice and warm people around. The food could have been better, even though it looked tempting in the menu, the taste needed improvement. 」

「So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.」
