"Property was clean and comfortable. It was a great location right on beach with several restaurants were nearby. Had a game area that was covered which was a great idea if raining. Check in process was smooth. Shout out to Richina who was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable about area. Gave several great restaurant recommendations. Thanks Richina. 😊 Would definitely return."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding, as part of a room block organized by the family hosting the event. After the wedding, a bus brought guests back to the hotel around 11:45 p.m. When we arrived, the security guard hovered around our group and made us feel unwelcome, even though we were paying guests. We asked if we could spend time with friends by the pool, but were told the pool had closed at 11 and that we had to return to our rooms. The security guard was on a power trip. We went back to our room to spend a little more time with friends we had not seen in years. After receiving a noise complaint, we turned the music down immediately. About 10 minutes later, there was a loud knock at the door, and I opened it to find two Sheriff’s Deputies telling us we needed to leave the hotel immediately. We had nowhere to go, and the situation understandably terrified my girlfriend, who began crying. We packed our bags and nearly left before the deputies ultimately convinced the manager to allow us to stay. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rather than management speaking with us directly or attempting to resolve the issue reasonably, police were sent to our room as if we were criminals. The next morning, I explained these concerns to the front desk receptionist, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. Given how poorly this was handled, I expected either a refund or an appropriate remediation for the experience to no avail."

"The only nice thing about this place was the girl at the front desk. I believe her name is Pria. The rooms are horribly run down. Had to wear shoes inside because the floors were horrible. I don’t know how often they clean them, but I can assure it isn’t often. The location is good and the pool was nice. Two words…never again"

"The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! This hotel used to be a nice place that is so convenient to the jetty. We loved staying there for the convenience in the past. Never again!!! I will give up the convenience. It is run down and you are on your own once you get there because there is no longer a hotel front office. To even get to the beach, you have to walk your kids through a narrow space in one of the outside bars. This room was not cheap either. $168 per night for misery. Don’t do it! Oh, and on the first night I fell going down the stairs (no elevators but we did know that in advance) but it is pit dark on all stairways, zero lighting of any kind and I missed the last step. Didn’t break any bones but couldn’t walk in the sand for the rest of my stay…not happy about that either. On the way out, we saw another woman do the same thing. Stay away for this misfit. The only good thing about it was the outdoor restaurant which had excellent food and perfect spot for watching all the jetty action."

"I loved everything!!! As soon as I walked in I knew this was an amazing unit! I have stayed at many places through the costal areas of Florida, and this is my favorite. It was just me and my partner, and she did not want to leave hehehehe. No stairs or elevators to tackle, restaurant coupons in box on top of fridge. This unit had everything to just relax. Beach is close, and many shells to find. Don't forget to leave a shell or unique rock in the box on kitchen table. The neighbor Mr. Kenny was very nice chatted with him a bit. I loved how quiet the area is, and you can hear the waves just sitting outside in morning and night! Extremely quick communication with host Tiffany. Bed was extremely comfortable, love the shower head, and just amazing cozy place. I could go on and on... It was perfect- seriously very perfect!"
