We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The facilities were excellent, and we found the staff very professional, courteous and diligent. Special mention to Jimmi who was so helpful in many ways!
Our room, whilst compact, was a great respite from the chaos that is Hanoi! :)

We stayed at the Family Suite with the large balcony and terrance. It was no big deal. We did not take advantage to sit and enjoy the terrace. We traveled in August and it was so hot and humid. I did use the terrace to enjoy the sunset and sunrise and the view from the terrace in Hanoi was nice. The restaurant for breakfast was not at the location, but one block away at their sister's location, Royal Palace 2 Hotel, which was a bit of an inconvinience.
