“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”

“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,……

“We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from……

“The flat is spacious and clean, well located near the high street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated all the clear instructions in the house manual and the basic kitchen supplies the hosts had left for us. Checking in and communicating with the host was very straight forward. Overall a very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Thank you!”
