Great place to stay! Close to many attractions by car - most 10-15 minutes. Clean and comfortable. Kevin has lots of great suggestions on places to go and restaurants.

The host was exceptionally accommodating, friendly and made sure we needed nothing. Beautiful property with gorgeous landscaping with wildflowers, birds, small wildlife in a lovely, very quiet neighborhood. Everything you could ask for and then some. Perfect location, we were there for a tour of CIA but it was an ideal location for exploring the area. Loved Rhinebeck Village! Owner was awesome, would stay again.

Peaceful visit

Clean place, very comfortable bed, everything as in description, lovely that there were extra free channels on tv to watch, quiet location, convenient to get to tourist sites. We loved especially the Mills mansion in Staatsburg, also the River and Post restaurant, enjoyed Rhinebeck and Bocuse restaurant in CIA.

My daughter needed a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly. The apartment is very cute and was the perfect size. Everything was clean and had some nice personal touches. Im sure a summertime stay would be lovely, when the garden is in bloom

Weekend Getaway

When I found the place online, it was just the right place for us, peace and quiet. The place was just like the pictures and if I have to described it in one word (COZY) Kevin, the owner met us and helped us and walked us through the place and has a Washer/Dryer. The weekend was perfect, we got snowed in which was perfect in which we order in and Netflix and chilled, PERFECT Timing.Thank you Kevin, we will see you again!

Kevin was great with being flexible about check in time! My sister and I didn't get in until past 9pm and it was no problem! And it's a plus that he's very pet friendly as I had my dog and cat with me!

Fun little escape

Our stay was quite nice, the place looked as the pictures showed it to be which is just amazing. everything was music themed and our host had an amazing selection of vinyls. The only complaints I would say I had was the small flying bugs near the Tv and we weren’t provided paper towels. Overall it was a nice place for the night and the property itself was beautiful.
