"It was a motel style without someone in the office all the time. When we called the number for help, no one answered. One our second night, someone from housekeeping called to ask if I would need anything. I asked for coffee pods. None were left so had to make another trek to the front desk to ask for some. Gate all the way around the property was annoying but maybe it was for safety?"
