“Overall we were slightly disappointed (is there a better word?). I realize we didn't pay for a 500 place, so we shouldn't expect that. The floors were a kind of dirty, but everything else seemed clean. The age of the place shows. It is nothing more or less than stated, but the story told isn't the reality I expected (my fault for reading more into it).The third bedroom is really a living room (as stated) with a strange couch (we thought fold out sleeper sofa). It slept fine but had no sheets……

“We really enjoyed our stay. 10 minute walk to the ocean. Beautiful view from the living room and the bedroom. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of or need. Very thoughtful in the what the host provided for your stay be comfortable. We loved the beach vibe and the fireplace really made it cozy. I loved how it was private, but not too far away from town. Laundry facilities were fantastic. The house was very clean and the property was well maintained. I only wish there……

“House was very clean, kitchen well stocked, couches comfy and main bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud! House is located on a busy street so we had to park our big truck on a side road instead of the small driveway. No biggie, but didnt realize the busy road would be right there. Other then that, great stay!”

“Perfect getaway , Everything about the property was perfect and enough room for everyone to eat sleep move around comfortably. The only thing that I didint like was that I had to go back home . Wish we could of stayed longer . Minutes away from my daughter's school and local spots . We will be returning and this is our new to go location when in town . Thank you Andrea 😁😁😁😁”

“I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall. ”

“One night with my wife at 20 month old. Two cute rooms, very comfy bed in main room. Baby slept in other bed. Room enough in house for probably 4-5 people. Communication with owner was prompt and there were very kind. Cozy and comfy house in wholesome feeling area. Would stay again!”

“This Rio Dell house was truly a diamond in the rough or should I say, literally in the side of a hill. It offered so much charm within it self and the sunrise views were insanely beautiful. It was well equipped with just about anything you might need. I loved that the “house book” was personalized with specific details about most areas in the house, guiding me through out my stay- aiming to ensure fun, pleasure, and comfort.
