Félyvonne, family villa with sea and vineyard view

The villa is air-conditioned and perfectly equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It can accommodate up to 10 people.
The living room is equipped with 2 sofas including 1 convertible, which offers 2 additional beds.
You will have an access to the television and a free Wifi connection.

The large kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, induction cooker, dishwasher, American refrigerator).
You will also find a large table.

The apartment has a washing machine in the room outside through the back bedroom.

The bathroom has an Italian shower and a washbasin.
You will find in the housing 2 independent WC.

As regards the beds:
- A beautiful master suite, for 2 people (140cm bed) having its own bathroom with an Italian shower and an access to a private terrace.
- A bedroom with a double bed (1 bed in 140 cm)
- A second master suite for 2 persons with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and also an access to a private terrace.
- An ideal room for children, with 2 single beds in 90cm

Finally, you can enjoy a large outdoor space with a beautiful sea view, equipped with a terrace with pergola, an outdoor table and a plancha. Two sunbeds are at your disposal to bask under the southern sun as well as a sheltered garden furniture. The garden is entirely closed.

You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Please note that sheets and towels are not included in the price of the stay.
