"Desde afuera el lugar parecía prometedor, pero fue un desastre. Reservé una habitación con baño privado y nos dieron una habitación con el baño fuera y compartido.
Todo ocurrió en las primeras horas del check-in: el lugar estaba sucio, la cocina en pésimas condiciones, había bichos en la habitación, el baño era precario, con poca presión de agua y cerraduras que no funcionaban.
Lo peor fue que nos dieron toallas sucias, una con sangre y otra con aparentes desechos humanos. En recepción dijeron...
