First set of rooms had damaged walls, dirty sheets (which we requested to be changed), and odor. We then asked for new room options and the new rooms again, had dirty sheets, odor, and one room had a hole in the bathroom wall allowing mosquitoes into the room. When asking about the sheets, we were informed that the "housekeeper had not come that day" (it was evening……
